You would need to repeat the test again, or enable the ASUS EC sensor in the list to check if it's really causing it. But I think you will not dare to do that test again so far it´s not the most stable platform on earth to play with. Specially with all the bricking problems. But i think i can try to enable the sensor while the program is running, and see if something happens there, instead of starting the program. And, if nothing strange happens, restart the program. Also, i´m not using the last bios, didn´t have time to flash it will let you know later. I received my CH6 today, hopefully by the end the evening I will have built the rig. I plan to enable Asus EC as it gave me extra monitoring data on my M7R. Have you had any other reports via your forum Martin of similar issue? Cheers as always for your great support on HWiNFO, I plan to donate again as appreciate your efforts. I've been using HWiNFO64 since I got Ryzen (Launch day) and no issues with monitoring EC here. Even as I'm typing this It's running in the background with no issues, weird. No issues reported either and there were really many folks running it on CH6, including guys from AMD and ASUS long before launch. Originally Posted by Mumak This looks like some serious mess. If that won't help and you want to keep your settings, then it would require analysis of user settings - either via the saved.reg file, or directly in registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER SOFTWARE HWiNFO64 Sensors.
I think there will be some glitches in order of items, but not sure how skilled you are to check that. Vray For 3ds Max 2011 64 Bit more. Perhaps you might try to attach that file here and I could have a look at it. Simply resetting my preferences (which didn't reset the field ordering) does seem to have fixed it. Guess I shoulda tried that before. There is still a strange issue that the spacing is different when there's two columns versus one. With just one column some of the empty lines between sections are gone.
I reset HWiNFO64 before each beta build after having my 'User Settings' saved on my desktop. To fully reset it I always search for the value 'HWiNFO64' in my Registry and delete it.
I then check the tool on its default state to see if there's anything new, close it and apply my.reg settings file, and re-open it. It's all set back the way I've customized it. I just have to tick / untick 'Auto Start' a couple of times, and close / reopen the program respectively, so that it will keep the setting and load on Windows start up, from then onwards.
