So it's obvious that Skyrim Special Edition will have better graphics. But will it patch any bugs or maybe add anything Bethesda intented to add into the game in the original release in 2011, but ran out of time to do? I really hope that this is more than just a graphical improvement as well as a 64 bit engine. There's some really game breaking bugs that Bethesda never patched. And this is an opportunity to do so.
If it's only a graphics improvement, they should have started working on TES6 instead, IMHO. Anyone else that has any thoughts in this? Would love some replies of what other people think. And hopefully we can also have a nice discussion without anyone behaving like a jerk.
Its a shame that we don't have many more details on what the special edition entails yet. Hopefully that will be forthcoming. I think that Bethesda *are* already working on TES6. In fact, I think its been hinted at if not confirmed in other threads. This special edition will have come as well as that. Bethesda Game Studios are a pretty big company by now and it makes sense that there work force will be split across multiple projects---the 'law of diminshing returns' and all that. I'd like to think they've done some bug fixing as well---though I have experienced very few bugs during my own playthrough I can appreicate that many others have and that some of those bugs have been, as you say, rather game breaking.
