Please provide the following documents to ERAS: • Completed application • Personal statement • Curriculum vitae • Official transcript from your medical school • Dean’s letter • Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a specialist in internal medicine) • USMLE Board score results We do not require any materials beyond those to be submitted to ERAS and we ask that you do not send any additional material unless we request them from you directly. USMLE & COMLEX Scores We expect that applicants will have passed USMLE or COMLEX Step I before applying. Step II and Step II-CS passage is required to enter the program, and therefore passing these exams before applying is strongly suggested. Candidates from Osteopathic Medical Schools should submit COMLEX scores, and may submit USMLE scores in addition but this is not required.

We begin to review applications starting October 1 when MSPE (Dean’s Letters) are formally released, and invitations are sent throughout October and November.

Our interview slots for the year generally fill by December 1. For your planning, it is very unlikely that you will receive an interview offer after December 1st if you have not already been offered a slot or a place on the waiting list.
